In an up-and-coming urban neighborhood centered around the 900 South 200 West TRAX station, we delivered four new townhouse-style condominiums to market in Spring 2022. These homes were designed to add spacious, energy-efficient housing in a walkable setting. Hard foam exterior insulation (1”), in addition to standard 6” wall cavity insulation
AeroBarrier, an aerosolized non-toxic solution for sealing wall gaps and increasing heating and cooling efficiency

Construction began March 2021 and was completed May 2022
